This notice covers the Plainweave Systems website at plainweave.systems and initial enquiries made through its email link.

Visiting the website

This is a static website. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, tracking cookies, contact forms or third-party font services. Fonts and images are served from this site.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like other hosting providers, Cloudflare processes technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

Getting in touch

The contact link opens your email application. No enquiry is sent by the website itself. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any other information you choose to include. Your email provider and ours also process the message to deliver it.

We use enquiry information to respond and discuss possible work. Please don’t include credentials, customer data or exploit details in an initial email. Arrangements for handling project information should be agreed separately before sharing it.
